You can rest assured that we will do whatever it takes to process your order, your payment and the delivery of your products fluently. Should you have any questions about your online order, please send an e-mail to email@example.com.
Shopping online at Inspired4Kids:
- Select the preferred product(s). Specify the amount and add to your shopping cart.
- If the value of your order is above €100, we organise a free shipment. If the value is lower, you get a clear view on the delivery costs.
- Click 'Place order'.
- Enter your data or create an account first.
- Click 'Place order' again.
The products which you order through this website can be paid with Mastercard, VISA or Maestro through a secure Ogone connection. After you select a means to pay, you will be transferred to the secured web page.
Immediately after the payment, you receive a payment confirmation by Ogone. You also receive an e-mail from us to confirm receipt of your order.
When your delivery is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. With this number, you can track your delivery at the website of our logistics partner bpost.
What if no one is available to receive the shipment?
If no one is available at the time of delivery, bpost will leave a note with instructions. With this document you can pick up the delivery at your nearest post office.
Help, I didn't receive my package.
Please mind that public holidays or weekend days could delay your delivery. If the package arrived when you were not available, the courier would have left you a note with instructions. Should this not be the case, something may have gone wrong. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
My delivery is incomplete.
Please e-mail us within 7 days at email@example.com.
A product is damaged or incomplete.
Before the products are shipped, they are thoroughly controlled. Should anything have gone wrong anyway, please e-mail us within 7 days at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Within 14 days after delivery, you can send back your order. Please inform us by emailing email@example.com. Only articles in the original and undamaged packaging, together with all accessories, the invoice and return document can be sent back.
If you send us back a product, the shipping cost is to be carried by you. When we receive your return shipment, we will transfer the paid amount for the returned product within 30 days. Please make sure to add your bank account information on the return document.
